Once you grow old, you will see a big divide between the people who took care of their health and the ones who didn’t
Our body is like a beautiful garden
Health compounds.
Both in a good and a bad way.
The quality of seeds you plant today defines how strong your tree will be in the upcoming future.
And things do not reflect now. Once we turn 30 or 40, we see a big difference between healthy people and the unhealthy ones.
It all starts at a young age.
Every habit compounds.
To every action there will be an appropriate reaction!!
Our body is like a beautiful garden
If you stop watering the plants in the garden, they will slowly lose their charm.
And one day the entire garden will get rotten.
Regret hits harder than pain.
So.
Watering the plants should be a need.
Working out. Eating organic foods. Sleeping well. Walking a lot. Moving enough. Drinking a lot of water.
A great body cannot be bought. It has to be earned no matter how much money you have. So you have to put in the work.
Excuses have no place.
You will have to do a ton of hard things.
AND OFCOURSE A STRONG BODY IS BUILT BY DOING MORE HARD STUFF!!
Do not let the food companies manipulate you
90% of packaged foods in today’s world contain sugar.
A lotttttttttt of sugaaarrrrrrrr.
Which is not good for our health.
The more we eat sugary foods, the more we crave that shit. So things are entirely designed to make you unhealthy.
Food and pharma companies do not want you to be healthy.
Because if you are healthy, they would simply go out of business.
So they keep bringing new tricks to keep you hooked in the game.
Believe me. Our ancestors didn’t package shit. They ate organic stuff. That gave them a hell lot of energy.
It’s far better to not play with your health than to pay a ton of hospital bills in the long run!!
Health is an old school game
You don’t have to be modern when it comes to health.
Because the modern shit is doing everything to make you weak.
Healthy folks play the old school game. They sleep early, walk a lot, do not go to pubs, eat a lot of bananas, drink only water and train their body hard.
The result?
They have more energy than 90% of the world.
Age is just a number to them.
Look.
You can always make more money.
But if you lose your body, you will never get it back.
Final thoughts
Be serious about your health buddy.
Habits count.
If you are eating loads of junk, you are signing up for a bad gut health.
Compounding works.
